If you experience issue with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving your package so we can do our best to rectify the situation.
We use ShipEngine to provide you with the best shipping rates possible, through a variety of carriers. You will receive a tracking number when your shipping label is created (3-5 business days for ready-made items, 5+ business days for custom orders).
Free shipping is available for purchases subtotaling $60 or more.
We do not currently ship internationally.
